Bob Cunis dies, but his name lives on

Chairman quits over fake all-10 report
A VILLAGE club chairman has resigned in protest at what he described as a lack of action against the captain after a fake match report in Cambridgeshire had been published claiming a bowler had taken all 10 wickets in a match, one more than the nine he actually took.

UCB fraudster goes to jail
CRICKET South Africa lost more than £400,000 through fraud by one of their employees, and it was a happy coincidence that conviction was achieved in Johannesburg within a few days of the Test team wrapping up the series against England at Edgbaston.

Vaughan is worried
Michael Vaughan, after resigning as England captain, fears for future mindsets with the impact of Twenty20. "The new generation of 15-20 year olds, are they going to gear themselves towards travelling the world for nine months of the year playing five-day cricket or earn plenty by playing three-hour cricket a little bit in India and at home?" he asks.
